| Q. I have always stayed in a hotel up until now, what is so different about a villa? |
| A. Hotels, especially those in the Disney area, are very expensive. For the price you would pay for one hotel room you can have use of one of AEV's luxury villas with your own private pool. Our villas give you the freedom you want when vacationing. |
| Q. How close are your Orlando homes to Disney World? |
| A. AEV has homes as close as four miles to Disney World. |
| Q. Is there air-conditioning? |
| A. Yes, all our homes have central air. |
| Q. Are linens and Towels provided? |
| A. Yes, there are lines and towels provided in each unit, as well as a washer and dryer machine. |
| Q. Does the villa have a phone? |
| A. Yes, all our villas have a phone and all local calls are free. For long distance calls, you can use a calling card or a credit card. |
| Q. If a problem arises, who looks after the home? |
| A. All of our villas are managed by professional management companies that we select. In the rare occassion of a problem, the management company is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| Q. Does American Executive Villas have any golf homes? |
| A. Yes, unlike some companies, AEV does have homes that are located in a Golf community. However advance booking is recommended, as these homes book early. |
| Q. Is this a Time Share Offer? |
| A. We are not in anyway affiliated with time share. The homes and condos are individually owned and are managed under our supervision. |
| Q. Are the pools heated? |
| A. All of the pools in our private homes can be heated at an additional charge of $20 a day. Most other companies charge $35 a day for a heated pool. Simply Put, AEV does not make a profit on heat, the entire fee is paid to the owner for cover of costs. Pool heat is recommended from September through the end of April. |
| Q. What will we be responsible for when we check out? |
| A. We just ask that you leave the key in the Keybox and lock the door. |
| Q. Does AEV offer discounts to any organizations? |
| A. AEV offers discounts to extended stays over 2 weeks. AEV also offers discounts to Police Officers, Firefighters, Teachers and Military personnel. Please call for more information. |
