Four Easy steps to renting:1) Fill out the registration form.
2) At time of reservation, a 15% deposit is required by check or money order.
3) The remaining balance is due 3 weeks or 21 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, guests will be required to register a credit card with our management in the amount of $250, in case of damages. This amount is refunded after final inspection of the home, upon checkout.
